A Good News Emergency!!!
Mandy came in the door yesterday yelling, " Mom emergency emergency, good news!" I was in a back bedroom so I hurried out and she handed me her paper that told her that she had been chosen to sing in the school talent show! She was so happy. At the auditions there had been lots of kids and the teachers told them that they were only going to pick very few of them. Two other girls sang the same song as Mandy so she didn't think that she would make it, but she did!!! We are so happy for her and we know that she will do a GREAT job.

Mandy is singing Love Story as sung by Taylor Swift.
We just got done with our school talent show and I'm so glad it's over! :) We call ours "Zaharis Idol." It's fun, but time consuming. The kids always love it, though. What's Mandy singing?
Oh...I see what she's singing. We had quite a few try out with that song, too! ;)
