$4.00
Emma came home from school all excited on Thursday. We had found a lost library book over the summer and she had taken it back to her school library. The librarian told her that she would send our refund through the mail ( we had paid for the book at the end of last year). She told me what the librarian had said and she said that we should go and check the mailbox immediately! She said, "Mom, now we won't be poor!" I said, "Emma it is only $4.00". Then she said, "Yes, but the money will give us a boost!" I love my children and their excitement!

Umm...if $4.00 is all you need to give you a boost, then I hate to break it to you, but you aren't poor. I wish $4.00 was all we needed. LOL.
Ok, that is just adorable! If ONLY four bucks could get us anywhere.
That is so cute! We(Cortlynn) also lost a book over the summer- but I did not pay for it because I knew we would find it. They wanted $7 for it...Cortlynn brought it back on the first day of school.
