She noticed AFTER she got to work and hoped that no one would notice it...haha. Linz noticed though :) SOOOOOOO... Mom & Jennica went to Fiesta Mall and bought these lovely, MATCHING shoes at Payless :)
Don't worry, World. We won't let her do it again :) I'm sure she and the rest of us will notice it BEFORE she leaves the house :) Until then, keep smiling and try out this new fashion trend--who knows, maybe it will catch on someday!!!! :P

That is hilarious!!! Still laughing...
I LOVE THAT!!! I have two of the same shoes just in navy blue and black and I almost did the same thing one day. You guys are a crack up. On a side note, those white sandals are adorable. I may need to take a drive down to payless.
Oh, that is way too funny. I've almost done that a few times...but never actually got somewhere with two different shoes on. I'm guessing when you have kids it's even harder to wear matching shoes though. :)
I love it Jenn, that's hilarious! But if it makes you feel better it's not as bad as when my mom and my grandma (Aunt Audrey) went to the temple and had to share a locker. Grandma got done before my mom and went and changed and left. When my mom got to the locker she had one of her shoes and one of grandma's. They were different sizes and grandma's shoe was too big for my mom. As she walked it kept almost falling off. The best part is that grandma never noticed until my mom finally caught up with her and made her exchange shoes. How does that happen?! I miss grandma.
That is really funny! I totally could see myself doing that though. I am always checking to make sure the kids are ready to go -clean clothes & 2 (matching)shoes. Then once we get moving down the road I realize that I didn't change my own clothes or shoes. It's just that we are too busy being a mom, I guess?
I'm here as a live witness of the event, it was QUITE hysterical! Gotta love Jen and her frazzled state of mind.
Oh, I've done that - only once, but once was enough humiliation. I wore two different clogs - same color, nearly same exact style. I slipped them on in a dark bedroom and then went out. I couldn't understand why walking felt so funny. I was kind of limping and just could NOT walk right. I finally examined my shoes carefully and realized they were different and the heel sizes were slightly different, about 1/2 inch - just enough to make me walk funny. I went home IMMEDIATELY! LOL
Don't feel too bad! I love stories like this because it makes me feel normal on all my crazy days! I'm glad you got a new pair of shoes out of it! They're cute!
Let them all try to manage working and six kids. It's hard, even with an angel like Erica in the house!
I'm totally on Jenn's side on this one!
