Cast-less

A gift from the Dr.
On Wednesday I took Joseph in to have his casts put back on. When the Dr.'s assistant looked at him she saw that both of his "big" toes were infected with ingrown nails so she was going to cast and leave his toes out. Then I asked her about making the casts a little lower so he could have his shots next week. She thought about it for a few minutes and said, " let's just leave the casts off for a few days." I was so happy for him! So now Joseph is cast-less until Monday! I make sure he has outfits on that let his legs out so he can feel the fresh air and it seems like he is so much happier and he kicks so much more. :) We all love snuggling him because he is so much lighter ( we love snuggling him anytime casts or no casts). Anyways on Monday he will have his shots and then that afternoon he will probably get his casts back on and then have surgery Tues. or Thurs. next week.
